1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, requesting top-up vouchers, or purchasing products on KisanSathi, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Store Wallet & Vouchers
The KisanSathi Store Wallet is a closed prepaid balance instrument usable solely for products cataloged on our platform. Wallet credits are issued only upon confirmed, verified transaction settlement from Razorpay. Vouchers are non-transferable between unrelated customer accounts unless expressly authorized by administrative policy.
3. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by Indian statutory laws. Invoices generated represent authentic business records.
4. Agricultural Usage
Customers are advised to adhere strictly to manufacturer dosage, storage instructions, and safety warnings for all crop protection chemicals and fertilizers.
