KisanSathi Agro Technologies Pvt Ltd ("KisanSathi", "we", "us") is dedicated to protecting the personal information and financial data of our farmer customers and partner agricultural retailers.
1. Data Collected
We collect your name, mobile number, email address, farm delivery addresses, and GSTIN (if applicable) when you register or request top-up vouchers. We do not store raw credit card numbers or UPI PINs. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed by Razorpay.
2. Utilization of Data
Your data is exclusively used to: (a) verify and credit your Store Wallet, (b) fulfill agricultural product deliveries, (c) generate compliant GST tax invoices, and (d) provide crop advice and shipment updates via SMS or WhatsApp.
3. Security & Non-Disclosure
KisanSathi adheres to strict data protection standards. Your data is never sold, leased, or shared with unauthorized commercial third parties.
